Temple of Tethered — Gifts of the North
Join us for Gifts of the North, a sacred ceremony held within the Temple of Tethered, honoring the ancient plant spirits and wisdom traditions of the Northern lands.
This evening is a rite of remembrance — a ceremony to awaken the soul, bless the breath, and reconnect with the living Earth through the sacred gifts of mushroom, herb, and smoke.
In the old ways, ceremony was a bridge between the worlds — a place to honor the spirit within all things.
In that spirit, we gather in reverence, guided by prayer, community, and the sacraments of the North.
⸻
The Order of Sacraments:
Amanita muscaria (Fly Agaric)
We will begin with a microdose of Amanita muscaria — revered for its deep grounding, nervous system support, and ability to awaken ancestral memory.
Mugwort Tea (Artemisia vulgaris)
Mugwort, known as the Dream Mother, will be offered as a simple tea to soften the heart, open intuitive pathways, and invite gentle dreamlike reflection.
Sacred Smoke Blend
We will close with a sacred smoke ceremony, weaving together mullein, raspberry leaf, chamomile, lavender, and rose petals — herbs chosen to bless the breath, open the heart, and carry prayers into the unseen.
⸻
Structure of the Evening
Opening prayer
Invocation of the plant spirits
Movement through the sacraments
Closing prayer and blessing
Time for reflection, journaling,sharing
⸻
Invitation
Come with humility, openness, and your truest breath.
