Join us for a transformational afternoon as we journey through the four sacred chambers of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. In this immersive, small-group experience, you will be invited to move slowly, intentionally, and reverently through a series of curated rituals designed to awaken your senses, clear emotional residue, and reconnect you with your own elemental nature.
Each room offers its own medicine: Earth holds you in stillness and grounding with a root system visualization and optional microdose. Water invites emotional release through misting with sacred botanicals and gentle clearing meditation. Air lifts what has been heavy through breath and sound. And Fire meets you in the alchemical moment of release and rebirth as you offer what is ready to burn.
Between each chamber, we’ll integrate with heart-openers like cacao or hape, allowing each layer to settle and deepen. This is a ritual for anyone in a threshold moment—ready to release, to remember, and to reweave the sacred into everyday life.
