💧 Cold Plunge – Awaken your senses & invigorate your spirit
🌊 Drum-Guided Journey Meditation – Dive into the wisdom of water
💦 Water Rituals – Learn sacred practices for cleansing & intention-setting
🛁 Ritual Bath Kit or Tea Creation – Craft your own sacred self-care experience
This retreat is open to women ages 12 and up who feel called to connect with the healing power of water.
